TOURETTE SYNDROME
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AWARENESS WEEK
MAY 28TH - JUNE 1ST

Dear TSA Family, Friends and Members:

Take Action -TS Government Relations Awareness Week is May 28th – June 1st.

TSA is asking its Family, Friends, Members, Chapters and Support Groups to raise awareness about TS in their local communities through meetings and discussions with local elected officials, Members of Congress, and community leaders.

TS Government Relations Awareness Week is designed to raise local, state, and federal elected officials' awareness of issues impacting families living with Tourette Syndrome--by having TSA Chapters, Family and Friends meeting with officials in their local offices.

Please begin to request meetings with your members of Congress or local officals (or follow up with the offices you've already sent requests to for confirmations). Remember this is an opportunity to meet with your local officials and congressional members officials without having to travel to Washington, D.C.

If there is any thing I can do to assist you at this time, please contact me at 202-408-7009 or elridge.proctor@tsa-usa.org.

As a reminder, please inform me of all the meetings you have confirmed so that I can send you additional information electronically and be sure to bring with you a souvenir (family picture, T-shirt, or Chapter item) to leave behind in your meetings.

Thank you,
Elridge Proctor
