Tourette Syndrome Association, Inc.

As a service to telephone and email inquirers who seek referrals to
medical and allied professionals in their home areas, the Tourette
Syndrome Association maintains state Physician Referral Listings (PRL),
and Allied Professional (Psychologists, Social Workers, Family Counselors
et al.) Listings (APRL).  The professionals listed have indicated that they
have prior experience, expertise and an interest in diagnosing and
treating people with Tourette Syndrome.   

If you are interested in being included on either the PRL or APRL list, please
fill in the information below; we will send you a form and information packet, requesting
that you return the form, along with your curriculum vitae to TSA.
