It is one of the most beautiful compensations of life, that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself.

Are you more comfortable on the sidelines cheering on runners, walkers and cyclists? You can still make a difference by volunteering to help at one of our marathon events. The Tourette Syndrome Association needs your help to complete a variety of different tasks. The main and most important task is being there to encourage and cheer on TSA’s runners, walkers and cyclists. If you would like to give of yourself and experience a wonderful event, please review the list of activities on our marathon page. There may be an upcoming event near you. To become a Team TSA volunteer, please contact Michelle Staley at 718-224-2999 ext. 256 or by email: michelle.staley@tsa-usa.org

If I can help somebody as I pass along, if I can cheer somebody with a word or song, if I can show somebody he's traveling wrong, then my living will not be in vain.
-Dr. Martin Luther King
